Making your Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards including: VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, SWITCH, MAESTRO, SOLO and AMERICAN EXPRESS. You will only be charged when your goods are dispatched. The only exception to this is for deposits on "special orders". For back prder items, you will only be charged once the item come into stock and is dispatched.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are dispatched with either Royal Mail or another parcel service. All orders have to be signed for on delivery, so if there's not going to be someone at your address please give a delivery address where someone will be in. All orders are collected from our premises by our carriers at around 3pm Monday to Friday. There is no collection on a Saturday. If we receive your order before 2pm we will endeavor to dispatch your order the same day provided the goods are in stock. If any goods are going to be out of stock for more than few days we will contact you. Standard Delivery normally takes 2-3 business days (Although we aim to provide the fastest possible service you must still allow up to 28 days for delivery). Next Days deliveries apply to business days only, so if you order on a Friday, on a Saturday or on a Sunday we cannot dispatch until Monday so your order should be received on the Tuesday.

Back Orders

Any items ordered which are not in stock will be placed on back order, and you will be given an idea on the length of time the items will take to come into stock. These items can be cancelled at any time - although may be subject to a re-stocking fee if the items are "special order" items and not normal stock items. your credi/debit card will be charged when the item is despatched.

We try to provide a service to the very highest standard possible. If you are in any way unhappy with the service you have received just contact us and we will do our best to put things right

Returns

We are happy to take back unwanted goods within 7 working days of the date of purchase so long as they are returned to us in an unused, as new condition with the origional packaging and invoice. All postage costs must be paid by the customer and a re-stocking fee will be charged on "special order" items. Faulty goods are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty against faulty materials or workmanship only. General wear and tear, incorrect or inappropriate fitting etc. are not covered. Faulty goods must be returned with proof of purchase. All postage costs must be covered by the custome. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Stock Availabilty

We carry a comprehensive range of cycling products to cover evry aspect of the sport. if something goes out of stock it will rarely take longer than 2-3 days to replace and if it does take longer we will let you know.

2.Choose the colour/size, if applicable, by clicking on the drop down list to view the options, then click again on the one you require,
3.click the "add to basket" button,
4.wherever you are on cpcycles, you can add items to your basket in the same way,
5.you can check the contents of your basket and the total cost of your items at any time by clicking the "review basket contents" button,
6.you can remove items from your basket of alter the quantity required at any time,
7.post and packing costs will be shown in your shopping basket,
8.click the "review basket contents" button when you have finished shopping,
9.then click on the "place order" button,
10.fill in the order details on the secure form, you can also place an order by phone, fax or mail
